 A major antioxidant, vitamin E protects cell membranes and supports the stability of muscle tissue. Its natural form, D-alpha-tocopheryl, works synergistically with vitamin C for enhanced and lasting defense against oxidative stress.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, found mainly in fats (mainly vegetable): soybean, corn, or sunflower oils, in margarine or in oilseeds (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds...), seeds as well as whole grain germs.

There are eight organic forms of vitamin E, the most common being D-alpha-tocopherol, which is best absorbed through the digestive tract.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells, proteins, lipids and DNA by fighting free radicals.

It thus helps to prevent skin aging.

Contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system.

D-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate: 189.45 mg
That is, Vitamin E: 125mg (1041.67% of the daily reference intake)

For oral administration, take one tablet daily in the morning with a glass of water.

Store away from light, heat and humidity.

Vitamin E supplementation is not recommended for people taking blood-thinning medications, who have had a stroke, or a peptic ulcer.

It is also not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as children and adolescents; if in doubt, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
